What this website collects
The public static website does not set cookies, use analytics, show advertising, run tracking pixels, provide public user accounts, or collect personal information through forms.
The community collection
The public static community pages load a pack catalogue from this website. Search and filter choices stay in the page. Public accounts, uploads and recommendations are not open yet.
This notice will be updated before any service that collects account details, submissions or recommendations opens.
World leaderboards
Choosing to submit a run in the game makes your chosen player name, game mode, result, submission date, game version and whether Continue was used public. Use a nickname rather than personal contact information. Names are not unique accounts.
Gazman Software stores submitted runs using the dedicated Cody's Collectathon Google account. The leaderboard page retrieves a limited public results feed from Google; private storage files and upload credentials are not published. Google receives the technical request information needed to deliver that feed. The page keeps loaded results in memory while it is open, without setting a leaderboard cookie or saving a player profile in your browser.
Results remain available unless removed by Gazman Software. Inappropriate names or invalid entries may be removed. To request removal of a submitted result, contact support with the player name, mode, result and submission date. Do not send passwords or store credentials.
Local testing on the development PC
When this website is served by the separate local community test server, a banner identifies that environment. It uses simulated Creator, Player and Moderator profiles, not real email sign-in. An HTTP-only session cookie lasts up to eight hours. ZIP submissions, recommendations, reports and moderation history are stored locally and remain after restarting the test server. Signing out ends that session; it does not erase submitted content.
The test server accepts connections from this PC only. Its private database and upload folders are not part of the public static website. Do not submit personal information or confidential material to this test environment.
Server logs
The web-hosting provider may keep ordinary technical request logs needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time. The website itself does not read those logs or combine them with a visitor profile.
Links to storefronts
Links to Google Play, Steam, and any future storefront take you away from this website. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
If you choose to contact support by email, the message and address you provide will be used to understand and respond to your request. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, store credentials, or other sensitive information.
